Brooke Deratany Goldfarb, a graduate of the University of Virginia and Harvard Law School, created Peaceful Beach in order to help all kinds of people--divorcing parties, landlords and tenants, employers and employees, individuals, organizations and communities--resolve their disputes without resorting to costly and dehumanizing litigation. A Divorce, Marriage & Life Coach; Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator; Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator in the beachside town of Indialantic, Florida, her focus is helping divorcing couples do so with dignity and with as little psychological damage to themselves and their family as possible. Sometimes a couple is not certain divorce is the answer. In these instances, Ms. Goldfarb assists them explore the possibility of staying together. She also coaches success-oriented individuals to achieve their goals, maximize their potential and lead happier, more authentic lives.
Ms. Goldfarb empowers parties to resolve their conflicts outside of litigation, keeping focused on the positive and the future, as well as the best interests of the parties and their children. She assists clients in having a kinder, gentler divorce, or in the alternative, a healthier, stronger marriage. She empowers parties so that they may divorce or otherwise resolve their disputes with dignity and integrity outside of litigation, providing the basis for a post-divorce civil parenting relationship and gently transitioning the family so as to minimize the amount of emotional damage and psychological trauma to both parents and children and helping them get on with life.
